Discover is rewarding its customers with an “it pays to discover every day giveaway” on every purchase made with your Discover card from now until the end of 2010. For every purchase that you make using your Discover card you are automatically entered for a chance to win thousands of dollars in daily prizes. During the year, cardmembers will also automatically have a chance to earn extra sweepstakes entries by using their Discover card in specific categories, like restaurants, spas, and dry cleaners.

Each day Discovercard will choose 75 winners to receive a Discover gift card. Each card will be valued between $25 and $500. On or around January 10, 2011 one lucky Discover cardholder will be chosen to win the grand prize of $1 million in cash. If you happen to be a winner of the Discover card sweepstakes, you will be notified by regular mail, along with a gift card, and congratulatory note.
