you sent me credit card offer RRN0912618 and I applied for it thinking I was pre-approved but under review and 7-10 mail notice means rejection. Why bother even sending me offer as it’s like charlie brown going to kick the football and lucy just pulls ball away. I have worked my butt off to recover from mistakes I made in the past. I work two jobs and soon will make 90 thousand a year. I bought a house 1/29/13 and have devoted my time to making money and yes I would like to to have a card to advance purchases ahead of time that are practical and not foolish purchases that I did in the past in which I have learned from.

Pre-screened is what you probably were, there is never a guarantee that you will be approved, with that being said, I would recommend that you call the number for US Bank on your notice and ask for a reconsideration, stating the facts that you have like your income and your credit situation you can possibly get approved. 7-10 days yes usually means declined, but sometimes it means they want more information or data from you.
