As of this writing, and these terms are subject to change, the Citibank Platinum Select is offering a 0% intro rate for 0% Intro APR on balance transfers for 24 months and 0% Intro APR on purchases for 12 months, with an interest rate between 11.99% – 19.99%* (Variable) after the 0% introductory offer based on your creditworthiness.

Second on the list was the Discover® More® Card, which offers a 0% intro APR on purchases for a full 6 months* and 0% intro APR on balance transfers for a full 18 months*, then the Regular APR*

Next in line is the Chase freedom and the Chase Slate credit cards. There rate after the intro period starts at around 13.24% and the Freedom card as 0% for up to 12 months on purchases, and the Slate card has 0% up to 12 months for purchases and balance transfers.

One of my favorite credit cards, that doesn’t get a lot of exposure and is available for members of the military, or the governments. However if you have any affiliation, and you can be accepted this as from the credit union Pentagon Federal credit Union or Penfed.org.
