In order to qualify for this conversion or upgrade you must have an open Citi credit account that is also current (no late payments or delinquencies). You should have received a Citi double cash card invitation code with the invitation url (www.citi.com/switchtodoublecash) and then you simply enter your last name to confirm it’s you and for security you enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security number and zip code and if everything appears correct your application to upgrade will be pre filled for you it’s just as easy as 1+1!
